Linktal Recruitment is seeking an Air & Sea Operations Coordinator for a Brisbane freight forwarding client. You will manage international air and sea freight operations and work directly under the Country Manager.

This role offers clear progression toward Operations Manager, exposure to commercial and management aspects, and a close-knit team environment. With 1+ year in freight, you’ll coordinate bookings, handle invoicing, and liaise with lines and agents.

• Manage and support end-to-end international air and sea freight operations.
• Coordinate air and ocean freight bookings, scheduling, and shipment documentations.
• Prepare invoicing and handle shipment billing requirements.
• Address client enquiries, feedback, complaints and update shipments accordingly.
• Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, transport providers, and custom brokers.
