Linktal Recruitment is partnering with an AU-owned freight forwarder with 20+ years of industry experience to find a motivated Freight Operations Coordinator. You will manage end-to-end international air and sea freight, coordinate bookings, invoicing, and client updates, with potential to progress toward Branch Manager.

• 1+ year experience in sea & air freight operations

Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end international air and sea freight operations.
• Coordinate air and ocean freight bookings, scheduling, and shipment documentations.
• Prepare invoicing and handle shipment billing requirements.
• Address client enquiries, feedback, complaints and update shipments accordingly.
• Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, transport providers, and custom brokers.
