Job summary

NiCE is seeking an experienced AI product strategist to blend business strategy with hands-on agent design. You will work with product managers and engineers to define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents powering high-volume live customer interactions.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into high-performing AI solutions. You will collaborate across GTM teams to drive adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline (or demonstrated equivalent experience).
• An MBA or similar experience combining technology and business operations is a notable advantage.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects at once.
• History of rallying cross-functional teams toward delivery in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents that power large volumes of live customer interactions.
• Serve as a strategic partner to customers, supporting evolution and adoption of AI initiatives.
• Lead delivery across multiple concurrent complex AI agent projects with high visibility.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Shape agent behavior through conversational design and performance data.
• Surface data-driven action items to sharpen customer outcomes and internal decisions.
