Job summary

NiCE is seeking a strategic AI product leader to shape the roadmap for conversational AI agents that power large volumes of live customer interactions. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and GTM teams to translate business needs into high-performing AI agents.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on agent design, requiring the ability to work across business and technical teams, and to shepherd initiatives from concept to live deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• MBA or similar experience is a notable advantage.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects at once.
• History of rallying cross-functional teams toward delivery in demanding environments.
• Solid grasp of software development fundamentals and PM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents powering large volumes of live customer interactions.
• Work with Product Managers and Engineers, and go-to-market teams to shape and launch offerings.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders across the lifecycle.
• Shape agent behavior through conversational design, product intuition, and data-driven insights.
• Lead delivery across multiple concurrent complex agentic projects with high visibility.
