Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking an intern for our Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence within the Digital Hub. You will work with Project Managers, Data Scientists and AI Engineers to develop and adapt AI models solving real business challenges and building digital products.

You should be curious, eager to learn, and capable of collaborating across Construction, Highways, Airports, Energy, and Digital Infrastructures. Strong English and proactive teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree: Higher Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar) or Mathematics/Physics with a focus on AI. Economics.
• Excellent communication and writing skills. High level of English (minimum C1)
• Proactive, with a strong sense of commitment, teamwork, cooperation, and continuous self-improvement. Problem-solving mindset, with a high level of autonomy and goal orientation and solving complex problems
• Strong stakeholder management skills; including making technical information simple, accessible and insightful for technology and non-technology decision makers
• Project and time management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities in a multi-task environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365
• Basic understanding of Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot 365, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, Azure AI, etc.)
• Desirable Knowledge in key AI techniques and tools, especially Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of artificial intelligence projects across all business lines, collaborating with technical teams to ensure AI models deliver the greatest impact and are integrated into scalable products.
• Develop, implement, and monitor frameworks for measuring impact, objectives, and results, including KPIs and other metrics.
• Create visually compelling, impact-driven presentations for senior leadership forums and external events, showing progress and transformation needs.
• Design, build and execute an AI Program Communications Strategy to position AI strategy and program internally and externally.
• Support the Digital Change Management team for improved adoption and training plans of AI technology.
