Forefront Recruitment is partnering with a construction technology leader to hire a Project Manager | AI-Forward Deployment Engineer. The role blends construction delivery expertise with practical AI applications, translating observations into a deployable operating system for clients.

You will work directly with owners, directors and site managers, visiting Melbourne sites and regional Victoria to map workflows and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with owners, directors and site teams.
• Able to translate conversations into actionable scopes for tech teams.
• Willingness to travel across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Responsibilities

• Translate site observations into an internal tech scope for deployment.
• Collaborate with owners and project managers to align AI initiatives with business processes.
• Oversee non-code deployment of AI systems within construction workflows.
• Travel to client sites and offices to gather requirements and monitor adoption.
