Job summary

Zurich Australia is seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to join its growing Intelligent Automation Engineering team. You’ll design, build and support enterprise automation and AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to improve customer and employee experiences and drive digital transformation.

You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and tech teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions while contributing to governance and reusable patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Proficiency in Python or Java to build and customize automation.
• Experience with SQL and data integration, Snowflake connectivity.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and modern enterprise integration patterns.
• Exposure to Generative AI and Microsoft AI Services in Azure.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration, governance and quality engineering mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy automation solutions across Power Platform.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Create integrations across enterprise data sources and systems (SQL, Snowflake, APIs).
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and engineers in agile squads.
• Contribute to governance patterns and reusable development practices.
