Job summary

Allianz is seeking an AI-enabled Learning Experience Designer to shape the GI Claims Learning Academy. You will partner with claims leaders and SMEs to translate content into scalable, AI-enabled learning solutions.

You will architect design frameworks, develop adaptive learning journeys and leverage Microsoft 365, Articulate 360 and other tools to deliver engaging, compliant learning experiences for a diverse audience across multiple Australian locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design or Learning & Capability, with experience in General Insurance Claims or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of General Insurance Claims operations, capability requirements and customer outcomes.
• Qualifications in Learning, Instructional Design, Education or Training, plus experience with AI learning technologies and governance.
• Advanced expertise with learning technologies including Microsoft 365, Articulate 360, Clipchamp, LMS reporting.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to support instructional design and learner experience.
• Proven ability to deliver digital, blended and performance support solutions for technical and customer-facing audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape Allianz's AI-enabled learning strategy, architecture and capability framework.
• Translate complex claims and regulatory content into effective learning solutions.
• Architect and improve AI-enabled instructional design practices and governance.
• Design engaging learning experiences across digital, virtual, blended and in-the-flow-of-work environments.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, learner engagement and performance support.
• Measure learning effectiveness and ensure governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements are met.
