News Corp Australia is seeking an Enterprise AI Facilitator to drive high‑impact AI learning across the enterprise. You will design and deliver workshops, translate AI concepts into practical content, and energize teams to adopt new technologies.

Reporting to the Senior Talent Growth and Leadership Partner, you will manage multiple training projects, build real‑world skills, maintain learning resources, and track session impact while ensuring compliance. Travel to deliver impact as needed.

Qualifications

• Expert facilitation: explain complex AI concepts simply to diverse audiences.
• Consultative partnering: influence change and manage stakeholders.
• Design knowledge: adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver & Facilitate: Lead engaging workshops and virtual sessions.
• Support Business Units: Manage multiple training projects aligned to capability plans.
• Build Practical Skills: Ground training in real-world applications with process maps.
• Maintain Resources: Support a centralised repository of just‑in‑time AI learning tools.
• Track Impact: Report on session effectiveness, engagement, and tool adoption; ensure compliance.
• Deploy Flexibly: Travel as needed to deliver impact face-to-face or virtually.
