Job summary

Allianz Australia is seeking an AI-enabled Learning Experience Designer for Customer and Operations, spanning multiple locations. The role focuses on shaping AI-enabled learning strategy, architecture, and capability frameworks for the GI Claims Academy.

You will partner with Claims leaders and project teams to translate complex content into scalable learning solutions, including AI-generated assets and adaptive journeys. Strong design and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning Design or Instructional Design in regulated environments.
• Experience designing learning within General Insurance Claims or similar.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI-enabled learning strategy and capability framework.
• Translate complex content into effective learning solutions.
• Design and develop digital, virtual and in-the-flow learning experiences.
• Measure learning effectiveness using insights and performance data.
