Decagon is seeking a Solutions Engineer to shape the future of AI-powered enterprise solutions. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales engineering, product strategy, and enterprise architecture, serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers.

You will drive value-based solutioning, architect AI experiences, and deliver tailored demonstrations while collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure successful deployments.

Formación

4–6 years of customer facing experience in a sales engineering (pre-sales) role.
Able to architect AI experiences for enterprise customers.
Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify solutions.
Create tailored demos and communicate ROI to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Lead pre-sales engagements with enterprise prospects.
Develop and tailor demonstrations using the Decagon platform.
Architect AI experiences for customers in enterprise environments.
Communicate complex technical concepts to C-level and technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with GTM and product teams to position solutions.
