Job summary

AFCA is seeking an AI & Modern Engineering Architect to design, build and operationalise AI and ML solutions that solve real business problems and provide measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Technical Data Manager, you will bridge analytical concepts with production implementation, ensuring scalable, secure, and governance-aligned solutions. The role is initially a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building and delivering AI, machine learning or advanced analytics solutions in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, ML techniques, model evaluation and experimental design.
• Exposure to data governance, security, privacy and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy end-to-end AI and ML solutions.
• Translate business problems into analytical approaches and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to deploy models into enterprise systems.
