Job summary

Techforce Personnel seeks an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead enterprise AI initiatives. The role involves designing and governing AI, agentic, and automation solutions that align with enterprise standards and AI ethics.

You will guide architecture decisions, assess risks, and partner with risk, legal, and governance stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid work model with a competitive day rate, initially for 6 months with a high likelihood of extension.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in solution, enterprise or technology architecture roles.
• Proven track record designing and delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of modern AI tech including generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical AI architecture and implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern AI, agentic and automation solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and AI ethics principles.
• Provide guidance on solution options, architecture decisions, and trade-offs for fit-for-purpose designs.
• Partner with business teams and stakeholders to support AI risk assessments and translate risks into mitigations.
• Define and maintain architecture patterns, guardrails and standards for safe, scalable AI.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to drive business value.
