Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking an AI & Power Platform Technical Lead to guide architecture, design, and delivery of secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, translate complex requirements into scalable designs, and drive production deployments with a focus on governance and responsible AI.

You will shape technical visions, mentor engineers, and collaborate across onshore/offshore squads while contributing to pre-sales and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an AI technical lead or solution architect delivering enterprise AI from concept to production.
• Track record of delivering Power Platform outcomes in large-scale IT projects.
• Hands-on expertise with LLM model selection, prompt design, grounding and integration with Microsoft services.
• Strong AI capabilities with pro-code development and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with generative AI patterns like retrieval-augmented generation and agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI and Power Platform solutions for enterprise scales.
• Own end-to-end architecture and security for AI deployments using Azure and Microsoft Foundry.
• Lead onshore/offshore squads and mentor junior consultants.
• Support pre-sales with estimates and designs for bespoke solutions.
