Job summary

Whizdom partners with a global management and technology consultancy to accelerate its AI and data transformation agenda. We seek an AI Technology Manager to lead production-ready data and AI solutions with strategic oversight and hands-on delivery.

You will own end-to-end solution delivery, translating business requirements into scalable architectures and leading multidisciplinary teams through design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and operational transition.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI, or ML solutions.
• Proven ability to lead delivery teams in consulting, logistics, supply chain, retail, transport, or large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and data ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering AI solutions, including Generative AI and agentic AI.
• Experience with data engineering, data architecture, integration, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, and responsible AI.
• Proven ability to engage executives and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced AI Technology Manager to lead the delivery of practical, production-ready data and AI solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a senior technology leader with a proven track record delivering complex data and AI initiatives from concept through to production. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and technical depth.

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and leading multidisciplinary teams through design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and operational transition.

A key focus of the role will be the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions, including emerging agentic AI capabilities, while ensuring compliance with governance, security, risk, and responsible AI frameworks.

You will play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes across a high-profile transformation program within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data and AI solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Translate business objectives and requirements into scalable technical designs and delivery roadmaps.

The Successful Candidate

You will be a highly experienced technology practitioner who combines strong technical capability with outstanding stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills.

Key experience includes:

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI, or machine learning solutions.
• Demonstrated success leading technical delivery teams within consulting, logistics, supply chain, retail, transport, or large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud platforms and data ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering AI solutions, including Generative AI and agentic AI capabilities.
• Experience with data engineering, data architecture, integration, APIs, and enterprise application landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, and responsible AI principles.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders while translating business challenges into technical solutions.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving outcomes in fast-paced delivery environments.
• Consulting experience within a top-tier advisory or technology consulting environment.
• Experience delivering solutions within logistics, transport, supply chain, or operationally intensive industries.
