Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to architect our marketing engine with Marketo and AI-powered automation. You’ll reduce manual work, improve data quality, and ensure scalable processes across the funnel in a remote-first environment.

With 5+ years of Marketo/CRM experience, you’ll unify marketing and sales data, troubleshoot issues between Marketo and Salesforce, and drive faster time-to-market through agentic workflows and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Marketo experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong CRM integration knowledge with Salesforce and data mapping.
• Proven ability to automate processes using AI and automation tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• Self-driven with high autonomy and bias for impact.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support: Manage Marketo ops, uptime, and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: Diagnose funnel issues, routing and scoring anomalies.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: Streamline logic, apply AI to repetitive processes, speed time-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Business Alignment: Understand marketing, sales and business processes in depth.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: Overhaul Marketo to reduce debt and simplify architecture.
• List Operations Management: Oversee List Operations and data hygiene with potential AI augmentation.
• Ruthless Documentation: Maintain up-to-date, transparent documentation for all systems.
