Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who is an AI-first automation specialist, owning the Marketo-driven marketing engine. You’ll move from manual processes to autonomous workflows, reducing friction and debt while building scalable, self‑maintaining systems.

You’ll manage Marketo and Salesforce integration, investigate funnel leaks, optimize campaigns, document architectures, and mentor the List Operations function.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on Marketo experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong CRM integration experience with Salesforce.
• AI-first mindset with ability to build agentic workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day Marketo operations to support the broader business.
• Lead investigations into funnel leakage and troubleshoot routing, scoring, and sync issues between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Drive continuous Marketo optimisation and apply AI to automate repetitive processes.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Employment Hero’s marketing, sales, and business processes and translate requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• Partner on high-level projects to overhaul and simplify the Marketo instance and reduce technical debt.
• Oversee List Operations, ensuring data hygiene, accurate segmentation, and timely execution, with AI-driven automation where possible.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all systems and workflows to ensure transparency and accessibility.
