Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who is an AI-first automation specialist with deep Marketo expertise. You will architect our marketing engine, reducing manual work and building autonomous, AI-assisted workflows across the funnel and CRM integrations.

As a remote-first, global team, you’ll manage Marketo operations, troubleshoot funnel leakage with Salesforce, and drive continuous optimization while aligning marketing with sales and business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Marketo experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Experience integrating Marketo with Salesforce and other systems.
• Strong CRM and data-driven marketing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support: Manage day-to-day Marketo operations with high uptime and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: Diagnose funnel leakage, routing issues, scoring anomalies, and syncs with Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: Drive continuous Marketo optimisation and AI-driven automation.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Align marketing, sales, and business processes and translate requirements into data constraints.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: Partner on strategic projects to simplify Marketo and reduce technical debt.
• List Operations Management: Oversee List Operations with data hygiene and segmentation.
• Ruthless Documentation: Maintain comprehensive docs for systems and workflows.
