Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to architect an AI-first Marketo-driven marketing engine. You will dismantle manual processes, automate workflows, and drive data-aligned decisions across marketing and sales.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on Marketo/CRM experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools to solve MarOps problems.
• Systems thinking across the MarTech stack and data flow.
• Strong Salesforce integration experience (custom objects, mapping, lifecycle).
• Autonomy with focus on delivering value and aligning business needs.
• Curiosity for continuous improvement and simplification.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Management & Support: oversee Marketo daily operations, ensure uptime and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: diagnose funnel leaks, routing, scoring and sync issues with Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: optimize campaigns, apply AI to repetitive tasks, speed up time-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Business Alignment: translate marketing/sales processes into technical data constraints.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: partner on high-level projects to reduce technical debt and create a clean Marketecture.
• List Operations Management: manage List Ops with 2 directs, ensure data hygiene and segmentation; explore AI data enrichment.
• Ruthless Documentation: keep comprehensive docs for systems and workflows.
