Radical Intelligence is seeking a Client Partner in Melbourne to drive growth by opening conversations with senior leaders, shaping engagements, and defining how the business goes to market. You’ll bring a track record of selling enterprise software, AI, data or consulting services into medium to large organisations, plus the ability to translate AI capability into business value.

You don't need to be an AI engineer; you do need commercial instinct and the ability to show leaders what’s possible

Qualifications

• Experience selling enterprise software, AI, data or consulting services into medium to large organisations.
• Track record of building your own pipeline and winning new clients, not just managing existing ones.
• Confidence at C-suite level and in complex, multi-stakeholder decisions.
• Ability to connect AI capability to business outcomes, framing value around impact.

Responsibilities

• Open conversations with senior leaders and shape engagements from scratch or via proposals.
• Help define how Radical Intelligence goes to market and drive the next phase of growth.
• Own and grow the commercial function with a clear path into leadership.
