Job description

  • What they do: AI-native deployment partner
The Story
Everyone's talking about AI. Radical Intelligence puts it to work.

Radical Intelligence is an AI-native deployment partner. They build AI into the systems people already use, moving enterprises past stalled pilots and into production with agents that handle real work and deliver impact this quarter, not next year.

The founders aren't first-time entrepreneurs. Between them, they've built businesses across technology, media and product, and have been hands-on with machine learning and language technology since long before it was fashionable. Their client list already includes some of Australia's leading organisations, including REA Group, News Corp, Nike and the SA Government.

Now they're looking for a Client Partner to drive the next phase of growth. Working directly with the founders, you'll open conversations with senior leaders, shape engagements, and help define how the business goes to market.

What you bring to the role

You're a commercially sharp, consultative operator who can open doors and turn a good conversation into a meaningful engagement, whether that means creating the opportunity from scratch or shaping the proposal that closes it.

You'll bring:

  • Experience selling enterprise software, AI, data or consulting services into medium to large organisations.
  • A track record of building your own pipeline and winning new clients, not just managing existing ones.
  • Confidence at C-suite level and in complex, multi-stakeholder decisions.
  • The ability to connect AI capability to business outcomes, framing value around impact rather than activity.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: you'd rather build something than inherit it.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it changes the way people, process and product work together.

You don't need to be an AI engineer; the team has plenty of those. You do need commercial instinct and the ability to show business leaders what's possible, and what it's worth.

What’s in it for you?
  • Learn from proven founders. Work directly with partners who have built successful businesses and have a real voice in shaping this one.
  • Grow something meaningful. Build the commercial function from the ground up, with a clear path into broader leadership.
  • Own your success. Create your own opportunities and see the direct impact of your work.
  • Get in early. Join at a pivotal stage, with marquee clients already on board.
  • Do work that matters. Help Australia's leading organisations close the gap between what AI can do and what they actually use.
