Job summary

Bellroy is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to steward our AI strategy, tools, and practices. You’ll run workshops that lift capability across Creative, Marketing, Technology, Finance and more, and partner with Technology, Continuous Improvement and People teams to make capability building stick.

This role demands practical skepticism for hype, passion for what AI can enable, and the ability to translate problems into actionable AI workflows that deliver real value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and the habit of staying current.
• Ability to map vague AI opportunities into executable workflows for teams.
• Experience designing and running workshops or training that change how people work.
• Comfort diagnosing problems, proposing practical paths, and guiding teams to implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Enablement across Bellroy, partnering with Creative, Marketing, Technology, Finance and more.
• Run workshops that raise the crew's capability and map problems to AI workflows.
• Assess tool costs and value; recommend tooling and practice changes when justified by data and experience.
• Develop and share responsible-use guidelines for data privacy, security, IP and quality.
