Job summary

Commonwealth Bank's x15 venture invites an AI Delivery & Enablement Manager to lead safe, effective AI adoption across the organisation. You will turn AI tooling strategy into practical delivery, partner with CBA teams, and drive pilots, rollout, and sustained use across Core Tech and Ventures.

You'll own delivery plans with security, risk, and governance embedded from the start, coordinating with the Senior Manager Operations & AI Enablement and reporting to the Head of Workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology initiatives from pilot through to sustained adoption.
• Strong delivery and organisational skills in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience aligning stakeholders across technology, business and enabling functions.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to business workflows and prototyping use cases.
• Experience delivering hands-on workshops and adoption programs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate the roadmap into prioritised AI-enabled use cases and drive prototype, test and embed workflows.
• Own delivery plans, milestones and dependencies within the x15 framework to enable rollout.
• Identify skills gaps and build the AI Hub with guides, templates, and tested workflows.
• Run time-bound pilots with clear success criteria and measure adoption, time, quality or cost.
• Engage stakeholders and align teams with CommBank strategy and learnings.
