Job summary

The Arnott's Group is seeking an AI Enablement & Adoption Lead to drive practical AI solutions across the business. This hybrid, fixed-term role sits at the intersection of people, process and technology to reduce administrative friction and unlock measurable value.

You'll partner with teams to translate challenges into AI and automation opportunities, build AI literacy, establish adoption programs and ensure governance with Legal, Risk and Technology partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, transformation or digital enablement.
• Practical experience applying AI/automation to solve real business challenges.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable outcomes.
• Experience leading capability, adoption or change initiatives that drive lasting behavioural change.
• Commercial acumen with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, governance and enterprise technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Improve workflows and reduce administrative burden with AI and MS Copilot.
• Prioritize AI opportunities for meaningful business value.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for Digital & Technology teams and partners.
• Build AI literacy through coaching, workshops and learning programs.
• Establish ambassador networks and adoption programs for ongoing engagement.
• Support governance and safeguards with Legal, Risk and People teams.
• Measure adoption and outcomes to demonstrate value across the business.
