Job summary

SQP HR Recruitment Business Consultants in Melbourne seeks a Head of AI Enablement to own the client AI and automation program end to end. You will advance a Replit-based platform for factory operations and automate office processes, linking APIs across the business.

You will work with factory and office leads, build scalable systems, ensure live data accuracy, and ship features with hands-on coding and testing. Salary is strong and includes superannuation.

Qualifications

• Proven competence building AI, automation or software solutions that work in a real business.
• Hands-on Replit experience: apps built, deployed and maintained.
• Ability to read, debug and review AI-generated code.
• Advanced use of generative AI tools and building agents or workflows.
• Experience connecting systems via APIs and automation platforms.
• Proven track record of streamlining business processes and measuring improvement.
• Strong data skills and ability to turn messy data into structured tools.
• Clear communicator able to explain tech to factory and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Own the client operations platform on Replit, including factory kiosks and dispatch.
• Map manufacturing workflow from order to dispatch and remove bottlenecks.
• Build production planning tools scheduling workload against due dates.
• Automate job intake, stock tracking and dispatch dockets.
• Surface live production data and KPIs for leaders.
• Ship features with hands-on coding and rigorous testing.
• Apply engineering discipline: version control, separate environments, backups.
• Map internal processes and find AI-led efficiency gains.
• Automate repetitive office tasks and connect to accounting, payroll and CRM.
