Job summary

GHD is seeking an experienced Software Developer - AI Enablement to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications. You will work with product teams, data professionals, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable AI solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, and cloud services.

You will collaborate across teams to deliver production-ready AI platforms, APIs, and data pipelines while ensuring responsible AI, privacy, and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Extensive software development experience and solution delivery.
• Proficient in Python and/or C#.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience building REST APIs and cloud-native apps.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services or similar cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI and software architectures.
• Build and integrate Generative AI, machine learning, and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain APIs, services, and data pipelines supporting AI applications.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches.
• Optimize AI models for performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance of AI systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across the development community.
