Export Finance Australia in Sydney seeks a Senior AI Enablement Specialist to accelerate AI adoption and improve organizational AI fluency. You will lead literacy initiatives, manage the AI use-case portfolio end-to-end, and build practical AI solutions using approved platforms.

Collaborating with the Head of AI and Process Excellence, you will design workflows, apply governance, measure real business value, and promote responsible AI practices across a national finance environment.

Formación

• Experience delivering AI literacy and adoption initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI use cases and governance.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and prompts.
• Experience managing AI use-case portfolios end-to-end.
• Knowledge of AI risks and responsible AI practices.
• Banking/financial services exposure is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive AI literacy and fluency program across the organisation.
• Manage AI use-case portfolio end-to-end with governance.
• Design, build and test low‑to‑medium complexity AI solutions.
• Apply service design to redesign AI-enabled workflows.
• Partner with business owners to track baselines and benefits.
