Job summary

CommBank’s x15 AI Delivery & Enablement Manager role drives safe, effective adoption of AI across x15, enhancing productivity and accelerating engineering. You will lead use-case discovery, pilots, rollout, and sustained adoption while partnering with CBA counterparts to align strategy and execution.

Qualifications

Experience delivering technology initiatives from pilot through to sustained adoption.
Ability to align stakeholders across technology, business and enabling functions.
Hands-on in workshops, coaching or adoption programs to build confidence.

Responsibilities

Translate roadmap into prioritized AI-enabled workflows and practices.
Own delivery plans, milestones and dependencies for rollout.
Identify skills gaps and develop AI hub guides, templates and workflows.
Run time-bound pilots with defined success criteria and measure adoption impact.
Engage with stakeholders and align teams on priorities and decisions.
