Job summary
x15 Ventures, in partnership with Commonwealth Bank, seeks an AI Delivery & Enablement Manager to drive safe adoption of AI across engineering teams. You will lead use-case discovery, pilots, rollout and sustained adoption, partnering with CBA counterparts to align approaches and opportunities for collaboration.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering technology initiatives from pilot through to sustained adoption.
- Strong delivery and organisational skills in fast-changing environments.
- Experience aligning stakeholders across technology, business and enabling functions.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools to business workflows and evaluating outputs.
- Experience delivering hands-on workshops and adoption programs.
Responsibilities
- AI adoption: translate roadmap into prioritised use cases and embed AI-enabled workflows.
- AI tooling delivery and governance: manage delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies.
- Capability building: identify skills gaps and develop AI guides, templates and workshops.
- Experimentation and impact: run pilots with success criteria and track adoption.
- Stakeholder engagement: align teams, communicate roadmaps, and collaborate with CommBank teams.
