Job summary

NSW Land Registry Services in Sydney CBD is seeking an AI Enablement Lead - Software Engineering to accelerate AI adoption across the SDLC, uplifting engineering productivity and software quality. You will lead end-to-end AI capabilities including code graphing, analysis, generation, review, and intelligent testing, embedding AI-driven practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in software engineering or related roles.
• ,
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-assisted software development solutions.
• Strong expertise in Java and modern enterprise technology stacks.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-enabled SDLC capabilities and roadmap.
• Identify AI-enabled use cases to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead design and optimisation of AI solutions for code graphing, analysis, generation, review, and testing.
• Establish standards and guardrails for AI-assisted development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI in engineering workflows.
• Deliver AI capability uplift and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Monitor outcomes, metrics and risks for continuous improvement.
• Ensure AI is implemented with security considerations and compliance.
