Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in related skills.
• Proven delivery of at least 2 major Workday implementations.
• Experience leading AI-enabled transformation or embedding AI into delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex Workday implementation efforts and teams.
• Develop and implement business solutions aligned to standards and goals.
• Manage project lifecycle from start to finish with timely delivery.
• Write functional requirements, specifications and cost-effective blueprints.
• Align technology with business strategy and client requirements.
• Embed AI assets into delivery to drive productivity gains.
• Ensure responsible AI and data governance across the program.
