Accenture is seeking a Workday Delivery Lead in Brisbane to join a global team delivering AI-enabled Workday implementations. You will lead large, multi-discipline delivery programs, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and shape the AI-driven modernization of HR and Finance functions.

A track record of major Workday deployments and strong stakeholder engagement are essential. The role requires extensive travel, senior leadership communication, and proven delivery excellence across

Competenze

• Master proficiency in Workday Financial Management.
• Master proficiency in Account Delivery Management.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Proven experience with the Delivery of at least 2 major Workday Implementations.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled transformation, or embedding AI and automation into large-scale delivery.
• Working knowledge of Workday’s AI capabilities and of responsible AI and data governance practices.
• Previous consulting experience or congruent professional experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with pre-sale and sales activities.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
