Accenture PLC in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Workday Data Manager to lead data strategy, migration, and governance for large-scale Workday implementations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring high-quality, compliant data solutions across HR and Finance platforms.

Competenze

• Extensive experience delivering Workday data migration and data management solutions in enterprise environments.
• 4 years+ of specific Workday Data Conversion experience
• To reach a Manager level you will be required to have successfully delivered 6+ Workday Projects.
• Strong expertise in data migration tools, ETL processes, and Workday data structures.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex delivery programs.
• Experience defining and implementing data governance and quality frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
• Ability to solve complex data challenges and define scalable solutions.
