Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Delivery Lead in Brisbane to drive large, AI-enabled Workday implementations. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate stakeholder communication, and ensure delivery excellence across a portfolio of programs.

The role demands a deep understanding of Workday Financial Management, AI capabilities, and a track record of successful complex deployments. The position requires global delivery experience and strong leadership, with emphasis on value delivery,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Proven experience with the Delivery of at least 2 major Workday Implementations
Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled transformation, or embedding AI and automation into large-scale delivery
Global Workday delivery experience or international perspective would be advantageous

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex Workday implementation efforts and teams to meet goals on time and within budget.
Develop and implement solutions aligned with industry standards and organisational goals.
Own the AI agenda for the engagement and advise on AI capabilities and governance.
