Job summary

AllianceCorp, an AI-first, data-driven business, seeks a Solutions Engineer – Business Systems & AI to translate business priorities into transformative technology. You’ll design solutions across HubSpot, Google Workspace, AI agents, and our wider tech stack, partnering with heads of departments and the executive team.

This end-to-end role involves discovery, development, testing, launch and adoption, with autonomy to build and the accountability to deliver measurable impact across the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in solutions engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Find opportunities with department heads to uncover bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Build AI agents, automate HubSpot workflows, and connect systems across Google Workspace and other tools.
• Turn data into action with integrations, APIs, SQL and business insights.
• Test solutions for accuracy, reliability, security and cost; support launch and adoption.
• Own initiatives from discovery to delivery and measure impact.
