AllianceCorp Property Experts is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Business Systems & AI to translate business priorities into a technology stack that delivers real value. You will work with department heads and the executive team to design solutions across HubSpot, Google Workspace and AI agents, and you’ll own end‑to‑end delivery from discovery to adoption.

Build and connect AI agents, automate workflows, and design integrations that improve lead management, sales processes and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in solutions engineering or similar hands‑on role.
• Advanced HubSpot experience with automation & integrations.
• Experience in a B2C sales‑driven business.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM‑based AI agents.
• Strong Python or TypeScript, REST APIs, OAuth and cloud experience.
• SQL and data analysis skills; ability to translate business needs into tech.
• Comfort with executives and frontline teams; ownership from discovery to delivery.
• Full working rights in Australia.

About the Role

As our Solutions Engineer – Business Systems & AI, you'll turn business priorities into technology that makes a real difference. Working directly with department heads and our executive team, you'll uncover opportunities, design solutions and build across HubSpot, Google Workspace, AI agents and our wider tech stack.

This is an end-to-end role. You'll own initiatives from the first discovery conversation through to development, testing, launch and adoption. One week, you could be building an AI agent to eliminate manual work. The next, connecting systems or redesigning a workflow. You'll have the autonomy to build, the responsibility to get it right and the opportunity to make a measurable impact across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Find the opportunity: Work with department heads and frontline teams to uncover bottlenecks, challenge existing processes and identify where technology can make the biggest difference.
• Build and connect: Develop AI agents using Claude, Gemini and other LLMs, automate HubSpot workflows and connect systems across Google Workspace, Aircall, Gong, Xero and our wider tech stack.
• Engineer our HubSpot ecosystem: Build advanced workflows, custom automations and API-driven integrations that improve lead management, sales processes and customer journeys. Identify opportunities to extend HubSpot beyond its out-of-the-box functionality and connect it with the tools our teams rely on.
• Turn data into action: Use integrations, APIs, SQL and business insights to build smarter processes, improve decision‑making and unlock better performance.
• Make it work in the real world: Test solutions for accuracy, reliability, security and cost, build in appropriate human approvals, and support teams through launch, training and adoption.
• Own the outcome: Take initiatives from discovery to delivery, measure their impact and keep improving – whether that’s hours saved, less manual work or better business performance.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years' experience in solutions engineering, business systems, technical consulting or a similar hands‑on technical role.
• Advanced HubSpot experience, including complex workflow automation, CRM architecture, custom objects or properties, and API‑driven integrations. You know how to extend HubSpot beyond standard functionality to solve complex business problems. Salesforce experience is also valuable.
• Experience working in a B2C sales‑driven business, with an understanding of lead management, conversion funnels, customer journeys and the systems that support high‑performing sales teams.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM‑based AI agents in production, including tool use, structured outputs and integrations.
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills, with experience in REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, JSON and cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform.
• SQL and practical data analysis skills, plus experience with AI‑assisted development tools.
• The confidence to work directly with executives and frontline teams, translate business challenges into technical solutions and take ownership from start to finish.
• A disciplined approach to testing, monitoring, documentation and security, with the initiative to figure things out when there's no existing playbook.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Property or financial services experience? A bonus. Experience with Aircall, Gong, Xero, Google Apps Script or React/TypeScript? Even better. We're looking for someone who combines technical depth with commercial thinking and a drive to make things better.
