AllianceCorp, Caulfield North, is hiring a Solutions Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered business systems and automations. You’ll integrate HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools, building scalable AI agents and data-driven processes that enhance operations and sales performance.

With 7+ years in technical roles, you’ll work with executives and frontline teams to translate challenges into solutions, while ensuring security, testing, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in solutions engineering, business systems, technical consulting or a similar hands-on technical role.
• Advanced HubSpot or Salesforce automation experience, including API-driven integrations.
• Experience in a B2C sales-driven business with lead management and customer journeys.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based AI agents in production, including tool use and integrations.
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills, with REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks and cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform.
• SQL and practical data analysis skills, plus experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to work directly with executives and frontline teams, translate business challenges into technical solutions and take ownership end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks with department heads and frontline teams to identify where tech can help the most.
• Build and connect AI agents, automate HubSpot workflows, and connect systems across Google Workspace, Aircall, Gong, Xero and broader tech stack.
• Turn data into action using integrations, APIs and business insights to improve performance.
• Test solutions for accuracy, reliability, security and cost, with appropriate human approvals and rollout support.
• Own the discovery to delivery process and measure impact (hours saved, reduced manual work, improved business performance).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Find the opportunity: Work with department heads and frontline teams to uncover bottlenecks, challenge existing processes and identify where technology can make the biggest difference.
• Build and connect: Develop AI agents using Claude, Gemini and other LLMs, automate HubSpot workflows and connect systems across Google Workspace, Aircall, Gong, Xero and our wider tech stack.
• Turn data into action: Use integrations, APIs, SQL and business insights to build smarter processes, improve decision‑making and unlock better performance.
• Make it work in the real world: Test solutions for accuracy, reliability, security and cost, build in appropriate human approvals, and support teams through launch, training and adoption.
• Own the outcome: Take initiatives from discovery to delivery, measure their impact and keep improving – whether that’s hours saved, less manual work or better business performance.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years’ experience in solutions engineering, business systems, technical consulting or a similar hands‑on technical role.
• Advanced HubSpot or Salesforce automation experience, including API‑driven integrations and functionality beyond standard platform features.
• Experience working in a B2C sales‑driven business, with an understanding of lead management, conversion funnels, customer journeys and the systems that support high‑performing sales teams.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM‑based AI agents in production, including tool use, structured outputs and integrations.
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills, with experience in REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, JSON and cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform.
• SQL and practical data analysis skills, plus experience with AI‑assisted development tools.
• The confidence to work directly with executives and frontline teams, translate business challenges into technical solutions and take ownership from start to finish.
• A disciplined approach to testing, monitoring, documentation and security, with the initiative to figure things out when there’s no existing playbook.
• Full working rights in Australia.
