Job summary

Touch Of Talent Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an AI Transformation Partner to lead practical AI adoption across the agency. This hands-on role combines AI automation, business process improvement and change management to deliver measurable productivity gains.

You will design and implement AI-powered workflows, coach teams and work with senior leadership to translate strategy into tangible outcomes, driving cross-functional transformation and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing AI-powered workflows and automation in a business setting.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow optimisation and practical AI implementation.
• Experience driving technology adoption, business transformation or organisational change.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical teams.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the confidence to influence stakeholders and turn ideas into action.
• Experience within media, marketing, creative or professional services environments.
• Familiarity with APIs, connectors, MCPs, enterprise integrations or multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy and measuring automation effectiveness.
