We're looking for someone who can form solid, long-term connections with clients throughout the project life cycle and even after it's completed! You'll be the initial point of contact for the allocated clients, ensuring we extend the best of our services to them.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cloud consultants and OEM partners to design and implement modern, scalable AI solutions using emerging technologies from Google Cloud and AWS. Identify new business opportunities and prioritize pursuits for Applied AI.
2. Analyze, document, and optimize solution architecture; create Statements of Work (SoWs), develop market case studies and use cases; guide clients and teams through AI transformation journeys on Cloud.
3. Communicate your Cloud and AI/ML architecture experience to clients, translating requirements into futuristic AI solutions.
4. Engage with our Cloud community, contributing to knowledge exchange.
5. Demonstrate expertise in computer vision, NLP, conversational AI, Large Language Models, and MLOps, with a deep understanding of ML architecture and lifecycle management.
6. Build enterprise-scale solution architectures considering ethics, security, regulatory, and compliance factors; ensure responsible AI delivery adhering to data protection, privacy, and ethical standards.
7. Collaborate with internal specialists and delivery teams to document best practices, methodologies, and thought leadership assets.
8. Contribute to internal networks and interest groups.
9. Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance to development teams involved in implementation.
10. Understand client ecosystems and develop scalable architectures supporting AI transformation.
11. Have experience with Google AI and Data Products like BigQuery, Document AI, CCAI, Dialogflow, Vertex AI, Dataprep, or similar on other cloud platforms.
12. Establish processes and controls for lifecycle management of intelligent systems, including deployment on Cloud (Google Cloud and AWS), containerization with Kubernetes and Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

While education is a way to evaluate candidates, we primarily look for:

• At least a Master's or MBA in Computer Science or Engineering, with 10+ years in solution design and architecture, and 6+ years delivering complex AI/Data Analytics projects on Cloud platforms (Google/AWS).
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages (R or Python) and applied machine learning techniques (computer vision, deep learning, conversational AI, NLP, NLU, Large Language Models).
• Experience in systems design, including ML Operations platforms.
• Ability to translate business problems into advanced AI solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with multi-geographical teams on data-driven projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
