Job summary

AllianceCorp Property Experts is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Business Systems & AI to translate business priorities into a technology stack that delivers real value. You will work with department heads and the executive team to design solutions across HubSpot, Google Workspace and AI agents, and you’ll own end‑to‑end delivery from discovery to adoption.

Build and connect AI agents, automate workflows, and design integrations that improve lead management, sales processes and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in solutions engineering or similar hands‑on role.
• Advanced HubSpot experience with automation & integrations.
• Experience in a B2C sales‑driven business.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM‑based AI agents.
• Strong Python or TypeScript, REST APIs, OAuth and cloud experience.
• SQL and data analysis skills; ability to translate business needs into tech.
• Comfort with executives and frontline teams; ownership from discovery to delivery.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks with department heads and design tech solutions.
• Develop AI agents, automate HubSpot workflows, and connect systems.
• Engineer HubSpot ecosystem with advanced workflows and integrations.
• Turn data into actions using APIs, SQL, and business insights.
• Test solutions for accuracy, security and cost; support rollout and training.
• Own outcomes from discovery to delivery and drive measurable impact.
