• Contributes to CCM delivery and evolution for automation and monitoring.
• Transforms manual controls into automated, data-driven solutions.
• Supports risk management through improved transparency and coverage.
• Applies data, automation and AI-enabled capabilities to simplify processes.
• Collaborates with business, risk and tech teams to deliver value.
• Fosters accountability and continuous improvement culture.
• Gather and document business, process and data requirements.
• Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and monitoring.
• Assist design, configuration and implementation of CCM solutions.
• Develop solutions using Power Platform, Python and Databricks.
