Job summary

Genpact Australia is seeking a Manager, Risk Advisory & Assurance Domain to lead and deliver risk solutions for Australian clients, including Operational Risk Management, Internal Control Design, and APRA compliance. The role requires onsite leadership and strong client engagement in Sydney to grow Genpact's risk services footprint.

You will manage engagements end-to-end, lead teams, and partner with senior management to drive delivery excellence and new business opportunities for the firm.

Qualifications

• Risk advisory/assurance experience with operational risk and compliance concepts.
• Experience in risk consulting with client issue understanding and solution delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client delivery of risk and assurance solutions across global locations.
• Communicate with the client and manage business relations.
• Support Business Development across Risk Advisory for new clients and expansion of existing accounts.
• Manage multiple engagements with end-to-end ownership of planning, execution and delivery.
• Attend meetings with senior client management to understand objectives and align project Mandates.
• Review project deliverables to ensure quality and risk framework coverage.
• Propose implementable recommendations for design level / compliance issues.
• Lead teams across Genpact hierarchies for multiple engagements.
• Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback and support career development.
• Define performance goals and coach team members; participate in hiring processes.
