Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with risk profiling and risk control frameworks.
• Experience in financial risk management (market/credit/liquidity) or regulatory capital experience in a financial institution.
• Strong analytical ability with good mathematical/statistical capabilities.
• Knowledge of financial risk management concepts and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Risk Transformation team and CRP to understand the scope of enterprise risk change initiatives.
• Align policy design and drafting of standards with updated enterprise risk management policy architecture.
• Embed risk appetite and regulatory obligations into policy requirements and thresholds.
• Develop and maintain the policy risk profile to align with the enterprise risk management framework.
• Design and document controls and testing expectations within the framework.
• Coordinate implementation of changes and ensure embedment is complete and sustained.
• Partner with Line 1 Risk to socialise changes with stakeholders.
