Job summary

Trilogy Care, a Brisbane-based digital health company, invites a Product Manager to shape our connected platform, including Core Portal, consumer app, and supplier systems. You'll own initiatives from discovery to delivery, collaborate across design, engineering and operations, and drive measurable outcomes while embedding AI, privacy and security by design.

This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days remote after onboarding, in a team that values customer empathy,

Qualifications

• End-to-end product management experience from discovery to delivery and measuring outcomes.
• Ability to research user needs, validate assumptions and make evidence-based decisions.
• Strong ability to balance value, effort, risk and delivery capacity.
• Confidence influencing senior and non-technical stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Understanding of software development, APIs, integrations and data models.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end to end, from discovery and prioritisation through development, release and post-launch evaluation.
• Define problem statements, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a prioritised roadmap balancing customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, risk and delivery capacity.
• Establish success metrics and use data to measure impact and guide improvements.
