Job summary

Trilogy Care, based in Bowen Hills, Brisbane, is seeking an AI Engineer to join a small, high-autonomy team building AI-driven care solutions at home for older Australians.

You'll design, deploy and optimize LLM-based applications, cloud data pipelines on AWS, and ensure governance and security while collaborating with senior leaders to translate business needs into practical tech solutions. This hands-on role offers ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Production AI systems experience with LLMs, RAG, NLP, or similar.
• AWS cloud deployment experience for AI/ML solutions.
• Strong Python and software engineering practices.
• Ability to design secure, scalable architectures.
• Demonstrated ownership and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered solutions including LLM apps and NLP tools.
• Build scalable cloud infrastructure and data pipelines on AWS.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions from requirements to deployment and support.
• Develop advanced AI capabilities, model orchestration, and API-driven apps.
• Ensure security, privacy, governance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate challenges into solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI tech and promote best practices.
