Job summary

Trilogy Care Pty Ltd is seeking a Product Manager to shape the evolution of a connected digital platform, including Core Portal, consumer app, and supplier-facing systems. You will own initiatives from discovery to delivery, launch and measurable outcomes, while identifying AI opportunities and ensuring privacy and security in product design.

Qualifications

• End-to-end product management experience from discovery to delivery.
• Ability to research user needs, validate assumptions and make evidence-based decisions.
• Prioritisation balancing value, effort, urgency, risk and capacity.
• Stakeholder management with senior and non-technical teams.
• Understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, data models and trade-offs.
• Data-driven thinking to define metrics and adapt based on results.
• Awareness of privacy obligations including Australian Privacy Principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end to end from discovery through development, release and post-launch evaluation.
• Define problem statements, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a prioritised roadmap balancing customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, risk and delivery capacity.
• Establish success metrics and use data to measure impact and guide improvements.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing and data analysis.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to develop practical, user-focused solutions.
• Understand platform architecture, APIs, integrations and technical constraints.
• Challenge assumptions, clarify scope and identify risks and dependencies early.
