Job description

Product Manager
Trilogy Care | Digital | Brisbane, QLD

At Trilogy Care, our mission is to empower older Australians to live independently in the home they love for longer.

We're looking for a Product Manager to shape the evolution of our connected digital platform, including the Core Portal used by internal teams, the consumer app for clients and families, as well as for supplier-facing systems.

Working closely with our product team for designing, engineering and collaborating with stakeholders, you'll own initiatives from discovery and scoping through to delivery, launch and measurable outcomes.

Trilogy Care is an AI-forward organisation. You'll help identify opportunities for AI, automation and emerging technologies while ensuring privacy, security and responsible data use are built into every product decision.

If you combine customer empathy, commercial judgement, systems thinking and technical understanding, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing
Product ownership and delivery
  • Own initiatives end to end, from discovery and prioritisation through development, release and post-launch evaluation.
  • Define problem statements, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a prioritised roadmap balancing customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, risk and delivery capacity.
  • Establish success metrics and use data to measure impact and guide improvements.
Discovery and solution design
  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to develop practical, user-focused solutions.
  • Understand platform architecture, APIs, integrations and technical constraints.
  • Challenge assumptions, clarify scope and identify risks and dependencies early.
Stakeholder collaboration
  • Build strong relationships across Care Operations, Finance, People & Culture and executive leadership.
  • Align competing priorities, communicate trade-offs and influence decisions.
  • Coordinate with product and project teams, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.
AI, privacy and innovation
  • Identify opportunities to improve products and workflows through AI, automation and emerging technologies.
  • Explore practical applications of AI agents with appropriate safeguards.
  • Embed privacy, security, consent and data minimisation into product design, protecting sensitive personal, health and financial information.
What you'll bring
  • End-to-end product management: Experience leading initiatives from discovery to delivery and measuring outcomes.
  • Discovery and problem-solving: Ability to research user needs, validate assumptions and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Prioritisation: Sound judgement balancing value, effort, urgency, risk and delivery capacity.
  • Stakeholder management: Confidence influencing senior and non-technical stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Technical fluency: Understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, data models and technical trade-offs.
  • Data-driven thinking: Ability to define success metrics, analyse results and adapt based on evidence.
  • Privacy awareness: Experience handling sensitive information and understanding privacy obligations, including the Australian Privacy Principles.
  • Communication: Ability to simplify complex concepts and write clear, actionable requirements.
Experience that will set you apart

Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:

  • Aged care, healthcare, community services or other regulated industries.
  • Internal platforms, CRMs, case management systems or operational workflows.
  • Funding, care planning, billing, invoicing, payments or government claiming systems.
  • APIs, platform integrations, data products, legacy migrations or build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Delivering AI or automation features in production.
  • Accessibility and inclusive design, particularly for older people and users with varying digital confidence.
  • Digital transformation, technology adoption or working in fast-growing organisations.
  • Product management, agile, UX, business analysis, data analytics or relevant privacy and security training.

Experience in aged care or Support at Home would be particularly valuable, but we welcome strong product managers from other industries.

Why join Trilogy Care?
  • Meaningful impact: Help older Australians remain independent in their own homes.
  • AI-forward environment: Work with an organisation actively using AI and automation to improve products and processes.
  • Ownership: Lead initiatives from problem definition to measurable outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, engineering and operational teams.
  • Hybrid working: Three days in the office and two days from home after your first month of onboarding.
  • Modern workplace: Expansive King Street office in Bowen Hills, close to public transport, cafes and amenities.
  • Great benefits: Latest Macs and tooling, Fitness Passport, EAP support for you and your immediate family, and employee discounts on groceries, fuel, utilities and more.
