Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in Solution Design, technical design, or senior engineering roles.
• Strong experience producing detailed technical and solution design documentation.
• Solid understanding of application development, integrations, and system design.
• Experience working within defined architecture standards and frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern application architectures.
• Experience supporting Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Baseline Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed solution designs aligned to approved architecture and business requirements.
• Translate high-level architecture into detailed technical designs and specifications.
• Define application components, integrations, data flows, and configuration details.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure design clarity.
• Ensure designs align with non-functional requirements including security, performance, and scalability.
• Produce and maintain solution design documentation and diagrams.
• Support development teams during build and test phases by clarifying design intent.
• Participate in design reviews and address technical risks and issues.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and implementation.
