Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Business Process Excellence team. You will help analyse, document and improve processes across functions to support our ERP transformation and governance post-implementation.

You will run workshops, map current and future-state processes, develop governance materials, and partner with stakeholders to drive process adoption. Power BI/Power Apps reporting will be used to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in business process analysis or business transformation environments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and build alignment.
• Knowledge of process mapping methodologies, governance frameworks and continuous improvement practices.
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Apps or similar reporting and visualisation tools.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate workshops to map current and future-state processes.
• Identify process variations, improvement opportunities, risks and impacts across functions.
• Collect, validate and analyse process performance data to support decision-making.
• Develop process documentation, governance materials, reports and dashboards.
• Support process governance forums by preparing insights, reporting and recommendations.
• Maintain process repositories and documentation, ensuring alignment to standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to support process awareness, adoption and readiness activities.
• Contribute to the development of reporting solutions using Power BI and Power Apps.
