5+ years of hands-on Marketo/CRM experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Experience with Salesforce integration and data sync.

Responsibilities

Platform Management & Support: daily Marketo operations to ensure uptime, flawless execution, scalable processes.
Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: diagnose funnel leakage, routing, scoring, and sync issues between Marketo and Salesforce.
Operational & Campaign Optimisation: drive ongoing Marketo efficiency and AI-enabled automation to speed time-to-market.
Cross-Functional Business Alignment: translate business requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
System Overhaul & Simplification: partner on strategic Marketo simplification to reduce technical debt.
List Operations Management: oversee data hygiene, segmentation, and list execution with potential AI automation.
Ruthless Documentation: maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and workflows.
